2. Yes....... Karta's name with his PAN no.

1) So, first name and middle name should be left blank and entire KUSHAL AGARWAL HUF should be mentioned in last name, is my understanding correct?

2) IFOS should I add a line item stating Gift and mention the amount as there is no such field in IFOS sheet

1) HUF does not have AADHAR for itself, can we leave AADHAR field blank for HUF returns and still file online return and send form to CPC via courier for verification?

HUF do not have aadhar, but Karta has.....

If Karta's Aadhar is linked in his individual pan............ done....

EVC verification based on various options available for HUF....... check that.

KARTA AADHAR is already linked to PAN of Karta on IT portal, so in HUF return I can leave Aadhar field Blank or I still need to mentioned Karta's Aadhar ? 

No need to mention aadhar number of Karta in HUF ITR........
