Dear Friends i am having a query in regard to the professional ethics , as i was under believe that only a chartered accountant in who is in practice for continuous period of 5 years can become FCA , but today i saw coaching video of one of a teacher pankaj Garg who was saying that , Even a CA who in either in practice of in service or practice+ service for a continuous period of 5 year would be FCA .  Can u people guide on this matter whether he is correct , can any body share a link where it has been clearly written that even a CA who is  either in practice of in service or practice+ service  can Become FCA.

Thanks

Read the eligibility conditions laid down under Section 5(3) of the Chartered Accountants Act 1949 and Regulation 5(3) of the Chartered Accountants Regulations 1988. All your doubts will get cleared.
