Can i raise without GST invoice to overseas? My business is relocation (Relocating people thing's Export&Import both) ,We are giving "Export of services" hence is GST applicable or not.
Note:We are raising invoices to overs
eas agent.

Yes if LUT is filed...... else need to charge IGST .
In case of exempted supply NO Gst is applicable
In case of exempted supply NO Gst is applicable
But we are raising invoice value in USD and our client also want bill address in other country
