If the value of single consignment is less than Rs.50000, the supplier or receipient will not issue E-way Bill.
If the value of goods in the vehicle is more than 50,000 (multiple conignments), the transporter shall issue consolidated E-way bill based on the invoice or delivery challans issued by the supplier.

No , even if the value of multiple bill in one conveyance exceeds 50k , no need to generate E-way bill, As per Notification 15/2018 CT (r) , Read with Notification 12/2018 CT (r)
E-way has to be generated only for those bills , whose consignment value exceed 50k
