Kindly Confirm whether we need to take Form DD A annually...As far as i know we have to take Form DD A at the time of appointment and reappointment only...its not part of Annual Compliance....so we need to not to take it as on 31st March every year....as we take declaration under 274(1)(g).. that is suufficient...
