CAN ANY MEMBER OF INSTITUTE CAN SIGN THE EXAM FORM OR ONLY PRACTISING CA SIGN TO BE TAKEN?

Any member having a valid Membership No. of ICAI can sign the exam form.

Any CA sign will be suffice..provided he has a membership no.
