Hi all..
There's company named X Ltd havng ROC in Jaipur,formed in the year 2006.
Our company has transacted a business with them in the year 2007 of value worth 8 lacs which is still due from them.
Now my company wants to file a civil suit against them.so while collecting out facts about the company,it came to our notice that the company has given a residential address (residence of the concerned company's director's sister) as its registered office address.
So i just wanted to know that is there any point relating to this address in which an additional suit can be filed apart from the payment due ka suit...
And any other strong point for filing civil suit
Pls let me know at the earliest.
