Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to inform you that I have some queries regarding articleship termination & extension period, which are as follows:
1) What forms are required to be submitted on termination of articleship (my articleship is been extended) and when these should be submitted after termination?
2) I have completed my graduation that I was pursuing simulnateously with my articleship. Do I need to submit any record (evidence) for this?
3) Can I serve my extension period in any other CA firm? If yes, when shall I apply for it (shall I start after submission of respective forms as per point 1 or should wait for further revert/communication from ICAI regarding this matter)?
4) List of forms that I need to submit for serving extended articleship in other firm. Please provide timeframe within which it needs to be submitted.
