we are 3 partners in the pvt ltd firm, and now we 2 partner's are planning to open a new branch and dont wanna involve 3 partner in that branch, what we can do in that, but we are keeping the name of d comapny same , so what we can do in that.

No way for Same name and Only 2 members. Better to understand "If branch then It's total activities to anywhere is same".
