The director appointed in the company shall furnish the Director Identification Number (DIN) allotted to the concerned company.

Further, a declaration that he is not disqualified to be appointed as director is also to be furnished by the Director to the company in the very first Board Meeting after his appointment. The declaration is further to be provided in the first Board Meeting of every financial year.
