Query about ipcc

I completed my CPT and IT training in 2009 followed by Orientation programme in feburary 2010

But after that for some reason till date i never applied and appeared any of the IPPC exam that i registered.

Is there any chance for me after a long gap to continue CA even after not writing exams for more than a year.

Am i eligible to write exam using the same registration number with which i registered in CPT.
