Pls suggest
A company incorporated on 2nd June 2010 and file the return for the very first year (i.e.2010-11). After that no return filed by the company for the year 2011-12,2012-13,2013-14 and 2014-15.
Now the management want to know that would they able to file all the return and form.
OR
go for winging up of the company.
Recently the company received the notice from ROC for non filling of returns ffor the year 2012-13.
Please suggest me what should i do and what are the forms which i required to file for every year.
Kindly also tell the ROC fee for filling such form.
