I want to join CS with CA but my senior told me that i cannt do this because in CS we have to attend 85% of classes given by institute, is it compulsory to attend or optional.
And what procedure should follow i follow to take permission from ICAI before joining CS, Is it compulsory to take permission for the same.

Taking oral coaching class is optional...you can opt postal scheme.
In postal scheme you required to write and send to ICSI one paper of each subject...
Yes, you required to submit Form 112 for obtaining permission from ICAI, you can submit form 112 within 30 days from joining other course or otherwise with penalty for delay...
So, if you completed graduation, you can directly register for CS executive...
Before applying for exam of executive course you required to pass complsory computer online test of aptech which is conducted by ICSI and Orientation programe.

CS with CA is a very good option. You should go ahead. Further there is no compulsion to attend classes from the very beginning of CS course.
Simply intimate ICAI by filing form 112.
