Hello, I have recently received my membership number and full time COP.
So I wanted to know whether I can attest documents like exam form, copies of marksheet etc. in my name?

Indeed you can attest alike documents. And In case of Exam Forms of other institutions than of ICAI, no attestation would be done untill it specifically requires such.
