Query about a service Tax

If the maintenacne service is also included then the ST maybe applicable. If paper is supplied by you certainly VAT maybe applicable.

I just want to know that what documents to be attached while applying for registration of service tax of a properietorship concern?

Is there any penalty for applying for registration beyond 30 days?

Dear Mr. sunil je

There is simple document to be submited as following :

1. PAN of Prop.

2. Add Proof of Prop.

3. Add proof of business where it is running.

4. if ur business permisses on rental then noc from owner.

5. Form no. 1 of st.

Is there any fee for registration of service tax?

wht penalties are levied for non-registration of service tax within 30 days?

There is no registration fees for getting registered under service tax act.

As per section 77 penalty for contravention of act may be leived that is not more than Rs.1000/=
