Comanp has been paid a license fees, on which section TDS will be deducted on it, whether 194 C or 194 J or any other?????

hello friends

i have a confusion about industrial trining, i want to join it. iI have completed more than 2 yrs of articleship out of 3 yrs but stil 10 months to be complete. i have heard that if my principal is not give permission me i can stil join without their permission. in such case it should be deemed that permission is granted if permission is not granted or permission is not taken by me. pls help me i am very confused

is wct tax and service tax will be applicable for one job.example: if a painting of one part is Rs.1000/-, shall we charge wct, and service tax, or only wct. please clarify.
