i am from direct entry scheme ipcc student and i have completed 3 yrs of articleship training but cannot pass ipcc both group .my registration shall be renewed.my question is shall i continue my study? i had done registration at september 2012.

IPCC registration is valid for 4 years. Your registration expires in September 2016. You now study for your examination and clear it, then u would need to register for final, if you clear your examination in this attempt.
