Dear All,
Which is the form to be used for intimating ROC regarding shifting of registered office of a company in liquidation. Accroding to my knowledge, form 18 can’t be used since the liquidator has taken charge of the company. Does any form specimen mentioned anywhere in Company (Court) Rules, 1959? Please reply on the subject.

I think its form form 23 . there change the status of company as company undr liquidation. But I am not sure. You can wait for others to reply. |
