Kindly, solve my query, as I am doing articleship one of our client has been registered in the register of ROC by spelled mistake than documents provided by us (AOA & MOA)- in which correct name is mentioned ,
Now as i am doing its conversion from PVT. CO.. to LLP with correct spell as in AOA &MOA, but in ROC -CO's MASTER RECORD- wrong name registered, so without correction , FORM 1 of LLP cannot be verified with correct spell & by changing process it will take the lengthy process.
