I want to ask if a company is incorporated on 29 th march,2012 then is it liable to audit this sept n when shud the annual filing done?

yes, co is liable for audit
annual filling to roc is done with in 30 days of AGM
Thanx fr ur advice..Ok...So should we show accounting for 3 days in it..
