If u wanted to pass an entry for expenses, attach the proper expense invoice with voucher.
Regarding signing and authorisation u may assighn diffrent authority with respect to subjectivity of transaction.
While making cash payment in excess of Rs. 20,000/- revenue stamp is required .....
Revenue stamp is required for payment in excess of ₹ 5,000 whether made in cash or bank.
Nitin sir, Revenue stamp required only in case of Cash Payment more than Rs.5000/-... "Not with Cash"
