pls tell about the requirements for prepaing an voucher.voucher should be signed by which personsand on up to which amount there is no requirement to affixed revenue stamp.

If u wanted to pass an entry for expenses, attach the proper expense invoice with voucher.
Regarding signing and authorisation u may assighn diffrent authority with respect to subjectivity of transaction.
While making cash payment in excess of Rs. 20,000/- revenue stamp is required .....
