How much time does it take to receive ones registration letter in pcc?i have submitted forms on 12 sep and there was a minor correction,so i submitted the corrected statement on 14,oct,and i have yet not received my letter.

I am locating in bangalore, one of our company is under VAT we have pay tax under compisition system we are doing wroks contract
in the month of Sept 08 we sold one vehicle and we have collected VAT @ 4%
can we show above amount under Turn over laible to Works contract ?
My qury is how show above tax collected in VAT 120 because consideration from our customer is not towards job done
