Plz help.
Can an employee be a Director of a Pvt.Company.if yes, what formalities have to be compiled by the company in appointing him as Director.plz specify the related sections.

No special formalities appoint like an ordinary director. Just check whether he will be executive or non executive.
Since he is a employee, he will certainly be executive director. You need to appoint him in a general meeting. Alternatively, you can appoint him as additional director in board meeting
