U should always go for BOTH GROUPS even if u have not completed the studies for one group. The advantage for appearing both the groups is that u can get set off  which is beneficial for passing out both the groups.

For PCC Classes is not necessary. U can clear PCC exams provided u have to do lot hard work & be positive thinking.
