If a person has both CA and CS qualification, and he is appointed as an auditor in a company, will he/she have to cancell his/her CS qualification/license? Later on, after quitting the auditor's job, can he/she revalidate his/her qualification/license

you can have membership no of both institute dear.... So no need of cancellation
You cannot hold COP no of both inst. together at the same time.. so in ur case it is about membership no so no issues.. need not to cancel or anything

You can have both qualification at same time. to be appointed as auditor, u should have COP as CA. U cannot cancel your own qualifcation..it as good as surrendering ur degree...the question of surrendering COP as CS does not arise as u cannot have 2 COPs at the same time...

You have to buy latest text book and check out...I dont think entire syllabus will change...only few chap will change...
