The following is a query relating to qualification for becoming member. plz help

Name of CA Student : Mr. ---

Registration No. : CC-4758

Registration Date : 28.02.1980

Relevant details are as under-

INTER Exam Passing Details-
Group	Roll No.	Attempt	Remarks
I	16300	Nov. 1982	As per Schedule BB of CA Regulations, 1964
II	10862	May, 1987	As per Schedule BB of CA Regulations, 1964

FINAL Exam Passing Details-

Query:

Has the student been qualified for obtaining membership certificate?

Or he has to pass the Group-I of CA Final afresh under the new scheme?

This confusion arises due to the fact that the student passed one group of CA Final under old scheme and the other group under new scheme.

Plz reply if u r confident about the answer

ICAI always gives credit to some1 who has passed in a group under an earlier curriculum. Thr is absolutely no need for Mr.---- to appear in Final Grp1 all over again.
