one of my client has computer and plastic scrap business.
His Annual T/O is 15L approx.
He supply goods to inter & intra state both
and trasporter demand GST bill and e way bill..
He purchase goods from Unregistered dealer and Recepient not agree to pay GST..
what can I do.. plzz suggest as soon as possible..

Quick Summary
As turnover is below 15 lakhs, no need for registration but as supply is inter state u should get registered for interstate supply
As You have a inter state Supply of Goods, you are required to take Compulsory GST registration u/s 24 of CGST Act, 2017.
GST Registration is required to make inter-state supplies
