one of my client is having a big family including his father & two brothers of his father. Can they create three huf's- one in the name of father & other two of his father's brothers.?

He can create HUF of his father. But for brothers of his father, it is necessary that they are married. In that case three separate HUFs can be created where Karta will be those three brothers respectively, and each entity shall be treated as separate entity.
