some one please advice me that our company is making the payment to a company who organises the lable expo and provide us the space for exhibition of our products in that event . so my query is that under which section we are liable to deduct the tds sec194j or 194c

you hadnt took that place on rent.. and if u have rent agreement them under 194 j
and if u had just taken it for specially the exhib purpose for only few days 194 c
let other expert post their answer.... i too wana know this
I think section 194C will apply here. Try to find out the details in the invoice.
