You can verify any return of income after the submitting it.

you have many options to e-verify return (online)
1. Aadhaar OTP
2. Through Net banking
3.Through Bank account
4.through ATM
5.through DEMAT account
6.even you can file through DSC but it is not mandatory for all

6.sign the acknowledgment by your parents and send it to CPC Bangalore with in120 days from the date of filing.

But my concern is regarding e verification. I heard that e verification option isn't available from quite a long time. So those who've filed ITR can't verify it . If it's not verified , it's not valid.when will it be enabled? And my other query is , that if it's available for ay 2020-21 or not.

I just checked income tax site now. e-verification option is available and its working fine.

if you could not e-verify you have to send it to CPC to make it a valid return.

The ITR filing & e-verification option is available for AY 2020-21 till 31/05/2021
The ITR filing & e-verification for AY 2021-22 may be available from 07/06/2021

E verification is available, but a lot of people were facing issues with aadhar otp.

in such case it is better to everify by EVC.
