> You can revise your ST-3 return once within 90 days after filing the original return.

> After 90 days, revised return cannot be filed.

> There is one option available as per Sec. 73(3) of the Finance Act, 1994. Before issuance of notice, if service tax has not been charged/paid/short paid, you can pay the tax with interest and inform the Range Superintendent in writing. This will save you from notice and penalty in respect of the outstanding amount.

No there is no facility of multiple revision.. once it is submitted, it can be revised within 90 days from the credit of submission..
