Can a company (Say Co. B) appointed as a Director in another Company (say Co. A) ..??
If yes than Who will sign the Audit Report of the Company "A"....??
Director of that investor Company or Common seal of the investor Company shall be treated as Sign of Director....??
Only Individuals can be appointed as "Directors".
