There is no specific age requirement for getting a PAN card.Even a minor can have his own PAN card. Documents for proof of identity and address of either parent would be required to be submitted. Document serving as age proof of minor along with the 2 photograph is needed.

Initially PAN card without photograph will be issued. After crossing minority an applicant can file for correction in data of PAN, furnish his photos and update his signature with the income tax authorities and thus his PAN card will be updated.
