    1.   avoiding making transactions/ contracts  with  relatives.. --       then if ur close relative / frnd comes  will u stick to these..

2. If u say for improvement in work BE PUNCTUAl... Will  U be able to strictly apply these policies   Firstly on U than other workers

3. if u say   no personal expenses frm the co. ( like other SENIOUR EXECUTIVES in a co-- phone calls, personal trip.., personal benefits etc etc..)  - will u do the same

THE ans which comes straight when we gets appointed in govt co.. ( whch i saw when i did audit of banks etc etc..\)

rest what i do and others we all know..so not to waste time over making this list

IT was put infronnt of 12 SELECTED CA's. .from NO OF APPLICATIONS..

the chartereds were asked to present their thoughts in front of all CA's and board..  It was a discussion where only one was to be selected..

Reply if i am justified...Or suggest if m wrong... I shall try to make the taxation system more useful and ra­tional. Whereas the rich may be taxed heav­ily, the poor and the middle classes will be spared. In my opinion, the salaried people require relief in particular.

Secondly,There will be reservation only on economic grounds and not on caste basis.

As per your point, rich should be taxed heavily. I don not agree as they are the ones who are making this economy run, firstly they help by making this economy better and fast running and on top of that they should be taxed and their money is to be put at a place which shall only go to ministers.

Also if poor and middle class would not be taxed, then all high end people will have ways to prove that they are poor and middle class( ISNT that what CA's do? show lesser incomes?

As far as your second point is concerned, there should not be any reservations at all. Neither caste nor economic.( it should be merit based)

These are my opinion are are very unorthodox, and are not meabnt to offend anyone. Iw ould also request all to unbridle your logics to think againt the wind and prove yourself right even if you are wrong. That is what is needed in GDs and PIs.

So Gaurav ji do u think if we wud tax the richer heavily they wud earn less or migrate from India..Even we wud get more of tax with richest economy...Correct me if m wrong... :-)

See there is no point deducting tax and collecting tax when most of it goes in vain.

there has to be some alternative, some way by which right money reaches the right people.

You know India has huge wealth, but no strict laws on it.

You saw anna hazare come and go, like anna there were many who wanted to revolt but all went in vain, WHY? Just because there are no laws to curb corruption, police is now doing a good job but is still in hands of ministers.

If peoples hands were cut for doing anything wrong, they would be scared to do anything wrong, but they escape from life term imprisonment as well. How can you help a country which is ruled by corrupt politicians? so atleast rich earn and let employees have richer employers to pay them.

U r rite but for that we alone cannot do...For that whole staff had to be changed whose prevailing...For ensuring proper utilisation of our funds gathered...

As per my Knowledge the Taxation system in INDIA  is "one of the best and also strong" . FRAMED FOR   a DEVELOPING COUNTRY..mark my words.. " DEVELOPING COUNTRY"..

The point whch i wll like to say is.. As we all know Persons have more hidden income than the income which is shown in records / returns..

Rather than  Having a signifiacnt change in NORMAL TAX POLICY of INDIA..  " WE should HAVE strict.. very strict provisions for the hidden income."

we have strict provisions for income escaping assessment NOW also  but the point they are not applied. 

and one more point.. incresing the power of Authorities..and reduction in time interval of DECISIONS to be taken by the autorities espiciaaly TRANSACTIONS  which are very huge transactions..

if i m wrong..  i  will surely like to rectify and upgrade by knowledge

i dont know if  strict policies are fair to be implemented...i read about.. abroad  news .. US judgement for rajat gupta regarding insider trading- 8 - 10 yrs imprisonment...for wrong doings...When corrupt people are punished they realise a common mans suferring/their hardships......

Its difficult to find good and honest people on earth..

Need of Good Educational System..which can master the youth in thinking good always....

These corrupt politicians are slave to their wrong doings....

i'm waiting  for for Golden days to come..a better India!

we have a tendency to wait..

even i tends to wait for my GOLDEN days..when i will reach somewhere..

but instead of waiting small small efforts can be made..to improve our country..otherwise we will be waiting for years years..
