Dear sir,

Pls let me know what are the guidelines to be followed for a pvt ltd co. to change its status to Ltd co. ( closely Held ).

Any compulsions to inform ROC, and what are the mandatory books to be follwoed and submitted. 

What is the way, rules applicable to to raise Authorised share Capital of the Pvt Ltd company. Can a ltd. co. ( clsoely ) held raise money for upcoming projects, thru private placements. Can A pvt ltd company go for public issue.
