A Private Company has not filed its Annual Returns for the Last Year but still their directors have been included in defaulters list.
is it possible, i think it is applicable for only public companies and that too for three consecutive years ?
please help me out

yes its possible...even have faced many such cases where directors of pvt ltd companies are in dafaulters list for non filing of annual returns with ROC.
The only option left with u is to update the filing status of the concerned comapny to make the default good.
