I am a student pursuing CA & CS together. my ipcc attempt is in may 2014 & i have registered for cs executive programme which will be in december 2014. I wanted to know whether there is any rule of surrenderingh any degree at the final attempt?

No dear,these two are not "degrees" in strict sense,so you dont need to surrender anything. Its only after qualification that you can hold one COP,if I am not wrong.
