Purpose of RCM
Since input is available for rcm, isn't revenue neutral to both govt as well as party. So what is the aim of rcm for services such as advocate, gta etc. from the governments point of view?

To track that services being provided by GTA & Lawyer shall be disclose & It's mandatory to obtain Registration for those who are availing services whose services are under RCM (Refer Section 24 of CGST Act)
