Rajni g if you are a registered person than you have to pay tax on rcm basis in case purchase from unregistered more than 5k . Although if the person who is making interstate supply required to get compulsory registration. above will not be applicable if the supplier is registered than it will be normal B to B transaction. supplier will charge igst and regarding card is available for itc for Receipent . it will help you for more specific details kindly share the case. Also the tax charged in local purchase if it's from RD... The URD can't avail the ITC and no tax transaction to him... They can't calculate the in his transactions and add the margin full invoice value... So, Registration is not required if not selling to inter State..
