purchases from unregs . dealer

suppose we purchased stock
from unregistered person amt. 1500.then we need to pay GST on such purchases

Stock means Material / Goods?

If yes then no need to pay GST Tax under RCM basis from 13th October to 30th September.

No gst on unregistered purchase, as the RCM is deferred till 30-9-2018.

No need to pay GST since the Provision of SECTION 9 (4) i.e RCM have been deferred till 30th September 2018.
