regarding transportation of goods
provision for itc refund/claim?

In GST under section 17 subsection 5 blocked credit ,if you purchase a vehicle having sitting capacity 12 person will we covered under block credit and ITC will not be allowed on such purchase but if they are purchased and used for the three exceptions given in 17( 5) then ITC will be allowed .
so kindly elaborate for what purpose you are purchasing the vehicle and what is the seating capacity.

Purchased a dumper for business of sand and stone can I claim itc of it if yes then how

Yes you can claim....

But in ratio of taxable supplies
