A newly incorporated company is purchasing Trade Mark of a sole proprietry Firm. what are the compliances in this regard.Company has not started its business as yet , only incoporation certificate and PAN no. of the co. is received till now. Pls. guide.
According to Companies act, no where compliance with regard to purchase of TM has been provided. Hence, the company may proceed for such transaction.
But keep in mind, as from your query, i noted down that the company has obtained the COI and has not appilied for commencement of business certificate. Also apply for the same and go for any transaction thereafter only.
