Purchase of Property

Hello,

When can a company be considered as a owner of the Immovable property.

Whether on payment of Token Amount ( Bahna Khat ) by company, can it claim to be the owner of the Property or Registration in name of Company is Compulsory to claim ownership.

Also can anyone quote any Case law or any relevant section relating to this.
