But, As per my view it's Not mandatory...
But Raja sir. if you are not showing in 3B, how to prove or give evidence for accounting the unregistered purchase to the department.

Tax on sale does not depend on inward supply. If the goods are taxable under GST (rate has to be checked) and you are registered person you will pay tax on the same.
Its exempted as per notification 8 upto 5000/- in day from single URD & when the same deferred by notification 10 , so its treated as exempted

It's not exempt supply. The goods / Services are taxable as per the goods and services rate.
But,
The supply related tax not collected from govt. That's the nature. No need show it anywhere in GSTR returns...
