what will be the consequences and how n where to show purchase from urd and sale to rd in return ?

sales to registered shown in

3.1 Details of Outward Supplies and inward supplies liable to reverse charge

(a) Outward taxable supplies (other than zero rated, nil rated and exempted)

purchase from unregistered dealer and if it is inter state

3.2 Of the supplies shown in 3.1 (a), details of inter-state supplies made to unregistered persons, composition taxable person and UIN holders

Purchase from URD : Exempted purchase

Sale to RD :. Taxable Sale (charge GST)

there is no any notification by dept that taxable goods purchased from urd is exempt ...it is not like that....

Kindly refer Notification 8 /2017 CT (r) ,. .. As upto 5000/- Supply from URD was exempted , so when it was deferred by Notification 33/2017 , its understandable that any supply from URD is Exempted

It's better ,..read these notifications carefully
