Purchase from farmer
If we purchase tree logs from farmer from his agricultural land then it is taxable or exempted ??

Its treated as Exempted INWARD SUPPLIES. As RCM on same has been Deferred to till 30/09/2018 (Noti.22/2018 CT (r)
As farmer is unregistered, you are making URD inwards supply.As the RCM has deffered till 30th September 2019, no need to pay gst on RCM.
