Purchase Date to consider for capital gain
I have paid amount to purchase plot in 2010 but registery was done in 2020 and i sold property in2021, which year should I consider of purchase for sale of property

What documents you have from 2010?
e.g. purchase agreement, possession letter. allotment letter, payment receipts etc...
Don't have any documents just payment done from bank
Even if you manage to get Allotment letter dated year 2010, you will be able to justify it for LTCG, otherwise it will be STCG.

Payment receipt can be issued as advance also.
Use 2010 as the purchase year.
Registry deed whic date is considered.
