some purchases of mar 19 has been not booked. (3b filed for march 19) 1) can book in march and ad ITC in april month's 3b or 2) book in april and take itc in april ?

To book in March as per accounting requirements & claim gst in April month
Since invoices relate to march you can do accounting in march and then claim leftover input credit in april.
