Query : A company incorporated only an year back wants to move for public issue thru Book building process. The eligibility criteria for NSE listing and getting ISIN from NSDL requires previous years Balance Sheet ..(2 - 3 yrs ).
Please suggest on this...

i doubt my query isn't clear !!! . what i want to know is..... can the company go for Book building without having the financial track record of 2-3 years ..since its incorporated a year back only ??? and for getting ISIN and also listing requirement ask for 2-3 years of past financial track record ?????
