what is the difference between public ltd co and the listed co. I know public ltd co can be of two types, listed and unlisted, but why does a person would create a public unlisted co. What are the advantages of public co over listed co.and vice versa and any example of a public co which is not listed.
It is very difficult to get thje company listed...as SEBI regulations are very typical to be complied with in this respect....
Further, a lot of formalities listed co is reqd to comply with and it is suitable for very very large scale of business...
Therefore, small and medium class business generally go for Public Ltd cos.....
